We're looking for a deeply experienced and strongly technical individual to join our executive leadership team as director of development. Your first responsibility will be guiding cross-discipline, studio-wide development activities as we bring our tactical military shooter Six Days in Fallujah from Early Access to full release across consoles and PC.
Six Days in Fallujah instantly became the world's #1-selling PC game when it released into Early Access in June. Tens of millions of people are now following its development, anxious for us to bring deeper realism to military shooters, as well as context into one of the world's most important recent events.
This role requires very strong technical experience, as well as a working knowledge of how content is created within each part of game development pipelines. We'll be trusting your experience, knowledge, and talent to help us focus on the right set of priorities, understand what will be necessary to execute these well, and then work with our team to deliver industry-shaping experiences on time.

We offer base salaries that are competitive with similar companies, plus an aggressive profit-sharing program. In the US, base salaries for this position within our industry typically range from $150,000 - $225,000. Your base salary with us will depend on your responsibilities, performance within our studio, previous experience before joining us, unique skills, education, and your location. In addition to our profit-sharing program, we also cover medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, and we offer a 401k retirement savings plan.
